THE STORY OF ADELE’S
The food scene in Nashville is one to be recognized nationwide, and Adele’s is at the top of our list. Adele’s is right in the heart of Nashville in The Gulch, cultivating the taste of seasonal, accessible comfort food sourced from local farms. They first opened their doors in June of 2014, and was started by Ken Levitan, Jonathan Waxman and Howard Greenstone. A fun fact about Adele’s is that their name came from their founder, Jonathan Waxman’s mother.
With all of the development around them in Nashville, their restaurant is booming. When it comes to marketing, most of their business has been from word of mouth, so they have been grateful for truly being in the right place at the right time, alongside having amazing food to speak for itself. They are a part of Music City Food and Wine, and keep a consistent look and feel to all of their social media and website branding.
The menu at Adele’s is one to look forward to. They try to change it up seasonally, but one thing always stays the same: keeping hospitality at the forefront of what they do and taking care of their guests. Being in Music City, music and food go together. So their new, beautiful enclosed patio that is usable year-around has been an amazing tool for hosting events and parties.
Adele’s inviting space is filled with beautiful decor making it the perfect place for a special occasion or business meetings during the week. Their most popular menu items are definitely the meatballs, JW chicken and potatoes, and kale salad, which our team at Wander Creative had the pleasure of trying. We can attest to the fact that they take food seriously, and everything we ate was absolutely delicious!
This year they are looking forward to consistently updating the menu with new ideas and recipes to wow their customers, and watching the city of Nashville grow around them. If you are in Nashville definitely check out Adele’s, and follow what they are doing at www.adelesnashville.com!
